| Posted 11/03/09 12:32 PM jwfox1965 Las Vegas, NV | It's already above the $900 billion that President Obama has stated was the upper limit of what he would sign and it hasn't even been debated by the full house or reached conference committee yet (which if history is any guide will only make it more expensive), so the real question is if this $1.2 Trillion bill ever reaches his desk will the President stick to his word and refuse to sign it or will he go back on his pledge, personally my money is on the latter option.

I have to agree, at this point my assessment has reached the point where I believe that President Obama is the most dishonest man to occupy the White House in my lifetime (and I was around during the Nixon Administration). I guess it will be at least interesting to see the dog & pony show as the White House sycophants attempt to spin a justification for the President to go back on yet another promise. On the positive side this provides more ammunition when writing my representative urging her to vote against this bill (not that she pays much attention to what I have to say) and will be a significant point when campaigning against her re-election if she does vote for it. |
