"Gee, we're sorry you're unemployed and your savings and your house and your pension and your 401K and your dollars and your salary and you jobs are all degrading." "But, you see, we must take care of our priorities - our bankers and global corporate interests. Americans are too expensive to employ where Asians are too cheap, and America is too old and growth has its limits so investing in young, growing Asia is more profitable." "So we've decided to loot your pensions and insurance and saving before you start collecting. We're going to bankrupt the country and sell the infrastructure and property it to foreign interests you can pay rent to. They have better profit potential for us." And the Asians have such a wonderful community ethos, their more tolerant of aristocracy, authority and servile statism than even the Europeans. "Sorry, that's business." Now, do you expect to hear that, or some pleasant-sounding lie? |
