Measures in the legislation aimed at ensuring the money isn't misspent have been perceived by Pakistanis as levers that Washington can use to exert control over their country."
This proves that our government has a run track mind. If other countries begin to question us, and show animosity toward what we do, we send money to shut them up. If they don't accept, our government bombs them, and forces democracy down their throat to keep them in check with "our" regulations. |
