Finally!! It's good to see the (un-)constitutionality of this nonsense being openly discussed.

ICC is the most abused clause in the Constitution. Since insurance is mostly bought and sold within state boundaries, it should not even apply. Unless I am missing something....oh yeah my crack pipe, and a rule bending machine.

This is my line in the sand. I hope they don't force me to draw it, but I flatly refuse their coercion.

It would be nice if this opened the door to questioning the constitutionality of all of the federal governments actions.
