And in other news, the congressional panel on controlling the universe is meeting in Disneyland to discuss their newest proposals to regulate Brownian movement at the atomic level and lay out new taxing schemes for that pesky Higgs Boson once it's discovered. Nancy Pelosi who was quoted as saying, "I'm not really in charge of everything on the hill, I just have my nose under every rug" has suggested that the other metals are becoming agitated and risk violent uprisings unless congress mandate the creation of more rare earth metals from the Federal Reserve to balance the potential trade imbalances with China and other future "green technology" partners.

Martin Fleischmann was reported to have cryptically mentioned, "better buy some palladium before Goldmans Sachs corners the markets" in response to news of the Disneyland meeting ahead of the Copenhagen accords.
