Sec 1076 is extremely explicit, notes Michel Chossudovsky, and "virtually creates a Pinochet style environment for the mass arrest of political dissidents without trial, the storming of public rallies, etc."
NDAA specifically mentions "epidemic" as an excuse to declare martial law. Prior to Warner and NSPD-51, legislation passed by the Clinton administration allowed the military to intervene in judicial and civilian law enforcement activities. In 1996, legislation was passed which allowed the military to intervene in the case of a national emergency. In 1999, Clinton's Defense Authorization Act (DAA) extended those powers (under the 1996 legislation) by creating an "exception" to the Posse Comitatus Act, which permits the military to be involved in civilian affairs "regardless of whether there is an emergency," according to Chossudovsky. In 2005, a month after Hurricane Rita, a so-called bird flu "crisis" was hyped by the government and the corporate media. "I am concerned about avian flu. I'm concerned about what an avian flu outbreak could mean for the United States and the world... I have thought through the scenarios of what an avian flu outbreak could mean," Bush declared at the time. "One option is the use of a military that's able to plan and move. So that's why I put it on the table. I think it's an important debate for Congress to have" (emphasis added). Bush's directive, signed two years later, did not bother to involve Congress in the "debate." Obama's declaration of a national emergency sets the stage for forced vaccination and internment of people who refuse to be vaccinated. In January, the National Emergency Centers Establishment Act (HR 645) was introduced in Congress. It calls for the establishment of six national emergency centers in major regions in the US to be located on existing military installations to be used to quarantine people in the case of a public health emergency or forced vaccination program. HR 645 remains in committee. The H1N1 "crisis" is a manufactured crisis. As noted earlier today, a CBS investigative report reveals that H1N1 flu cases are not as prevalent as we are told by the government, the CDC, WHO, and the corporate media. The so-called epidemic is bogus. Millions of people are refusing to take the H1N1 vaccine. In the weeks ahead - if Obama's emergency declaration falls under the above directives - we may witness a move toward martial law, forced vaccination, and internment of those who refuse. At best, Obama's declaration is a flimsy attempt to scare people into taking the toxic soft kill vaccination. Let's hope this is the case. |

I feel your pain, cause I'm there too. Please tell me this, anyone? What is the JOB of CONGRESS? Aren't members of congress supposed to keep the lunatic fringe (presidents) in line? I know, members of congress are too lunatics, but, my point is: Where is the supposed checks and balances if we let presidents do whatever the hell they want. It is high time the states revolt, and throw out gov that support fascist regimes. What is the fed gov good for anyway? War, death, destruction, unjust laws, borrowing 'money' from criminal elements. Now this scam? Congress and their appointees (which shouldn't be allowed) are all invested in death (pharma included), destruction (mil. in. complex), oil, etc., and I find that truly a CONFLICT of INTEREST. It is madness that lobbyists (legal manipulators) are allowed access to the supposed 'elected' officials day in and day out with NO real transparency whatsoever. This whole flu scam is just that, a scam. We know they developed the damn thing and we know they patented meds over a year ago for this strain (call it 'novel' so they can say it wasn't the same one, or some other BS). It is madness. Vaccines DO NOT prevent you from getting sick, and the insert says so--blatantly. They may, or may not help you, but they are not a stop to an illness, as heavily documented studies have shown. This flu, and the shot, is experimental and even the Nuremberg Code prevents experimentation on humans without consent--remember nuremberg? The totally fascist/socialist/etc. state? Even in that psycho society, the courts at Nuremberg said, "NO experimentation allowed [under any circumstance]. Yet, here we are because people only know the propaganda versions of history--that is, what the state and its sponsors want you to know. Anyway, pound away, call 24/7, until congress intervenes, and we force them to halt the socialist/marxist usurper from instigating any more unjust laws. His company he keeps tells the story of who he is, since HE will not release who he is. How about a DNA sample? Looks a lot like Malcolm Xs love child more than his supposed father--but that is a whole 'nutha' story that could be true. This clown is out of control and he knows he is going down, so it is no wonder that the hype and lies go on and a real investigation of this supposed flu will not happen (sold out to the UN/WHO, without our permission). I will not obey unjust laws. |

I remember flipping out and screaming and crying whenever I was vaccinated. As a little kid, it is quite horrifying now that I think on it. |

Just look at all the flack Bush got for Katrina. So couldn't this simply be a CYA measure and not some centralized conspiracy? I mean, afterall, we live in an unfortunate age where our citizenry EXPECTS to be sheltered from any/every ailment that comes down the pike, never to encounter a misfortune if it can be controlled (especially by the government). This sense of entitlement to an obstacle-free life also requires examination. For our group to only focus so much on connecting the dots through endless examples of government aquisition of power serves only to make us appear more "fringe", I think. "fringe" seem to be the ones that pay attention to what the 'out of control' gov is doing, and are only labeled 'fringe' by the controllers. The other choice outside of the fringe is the hypnotized, indoctrinated sheeple, so there actually is no other choice. Now, if you want to be a socially engineered pawn, just keep on making excuses--there is no excuse. Bush was bashed (as he should have been, but it really wasn't about Katrina, it was political based rhetoric to divide), but THE STATE is IN a hurricane zone and should have been more prepared anyway...not to be 'mean', but people wanted a hand out from the gov as always. I do agree, however, that some actions for katrina seemed a bit nonsensical; however, I hate to see camo gov agents in any US city (brandishing weapons and the like) claiming they are there to help, as if we were being invaded. No ONE really knows the deals made and the reason WHY they acted like they did (and always do), and all the people hear is the superficial BS spewed by msm. This is WHAT I believe, and it is a definition NOT taught in schools, nor do many people know of that definition and the terms Liberty and Justice for all, stated quite often, mean nothing without backing...we have neither at the moment and this obama character (I really do NOT know who he is, how he was chosen, or what his plans truly are--but, again, the company he keeps....) is certainly the worst freak in office we have had; not because he is using bushy's totalitarian policies, but because we don't see ANY of his 'promises' of change having any real impact on uniting the country via prosperity, freedom, LIBERTIES, and so on. If you, as president, can have people in your circle that bombed the pentagon--a terrorist act, is it not?--then, I don't know who you wouldn't have behind closed doors. Somewhere is has to end and these FEAR tactics NEED to stop. No one wants to look at life for what it is: A onetime event (as far as can be proven) that should be YOURS to decide how to live. Yes, we all know universal truths in our hearts, but that is lacking in the way society (engineered via govs/religion/politics/biz) immediately places that into a conflict of profit, control, etc. Face it.. well, one day you will face it that you have been lied to, manipulated, controlled via propaganda and treachery from the day of your birth. It is certainly NOT easy to admit, because you will feel like a fool and your entire life will change; but it is a change that frees you through truth and that MUST be done individually without looking for the socially engineered masses to support you immediately--again, fear of being called a name prevents the mind from working. Just my opinions, of course. |

- The checks and balances disappeared in 1913, when they stopped having State appointed Senators. Unruly Senators would be recalled and given marching orders if they attempted to contravene States Rights. It was at this point when the USA became a stinking democracy. |

Martial law and indefinite detention without due process of the courts is around the corner. If they don't use that this time, it's only because they plan on making people like us who see that coming look like chicken little to the general public. "See, we didn't declare martial law, only distribute vaccines." A great way to discredit us is to toe the line, then turn back several times-- then the public will not believe us, claiming we cry wolf, when they finally do cross that line. It might actually be more dangerous to the liberty movement as a whole if they don't cross the line into martial law ... boil the frog slowly. |

You are exactly right. They do it all the time. They have long-term plans and they test the waters to see how people will react. They could go forward if they don't meet resistance, or they can back off and discredit those, purposefully and via their msm, only to just wait for the right timing. It is so easy to understand if you understand anything about manipulation, control, psychology, etc., and how our gov operates. I hope many will begin to wake up. Did anyone hear about the sick nurses in Sweden (after getting the shot, many were pretty sick and 1, or 2 died). It was in swedish, so I could only get what some people translated; also, I cannot say I verified it, but...) The masters, no matter what level of 'devious' they operate within, have long-term plans, and they don't worry about how to pay the mortgage every month, or car payment, or buying food, or 'terrorism' etc....they do as they please and they laugh at the ignorant fools they control. |
