I am forming an exploratory committee to find out what sort of chance I would have running against incumbant Mark Souder. I have been talking to folks throughout the 3rd District, and most people agree, it is time for a change.

We know that most of Congress has lost their marbles when it comes to defending the constitution. I would like to change that. I am up against almost insurmountable odds. This election isn't until 2010 and Mr. Souder has already collected campaign funds to the tune of $50,000. The election isn't for another year yet!

Some of the things that I believe in are

1. 2nd amendment - This is a VITAL part of who we are as Americans. The founders knew what tyranny was, and for them the only option was to keep the general populus armed. This RIGHT is being assaulted every day by the legislative branch. We are seeing ominous rumblings of TOTAL gun control...to help with the drug problem in Mexico and the violence associated with it. We all know that if you close the boarders that the overspill of violence will subside. And that brings me to ...

2. Anti-illegal immigration - I have no problems with any one of any race. My problem is when you break the law ( and it is breaking the law) to achieve the "american dream". Those rules and regulations were put into place, not to punish Mexicans(or Canadians, or Malaysian, or Chinese or anyone else for that matter). It was put into place to make it hard to become an American. This ensures that it is worth it to those that want to make a go at it. This will stop a lot of the overcrowding of our schools, hospitals, and our already overburdened Social programs.

3. Fiscal Responsibility - This is one that most representatives throw out the window.  We need to stop throwing money at business' hoping that things will change. Along with fiscal responsibility comes personal responsibility. The people behind the bailout need to accept that these corporations have failed. If I had a small business and I mismanaged my finances, I would not expect a "bailout". These greedy banksters are sucking the taxpayers dry.

4. Sound Money - This goes along with Fiscal Responsibility. Article I, Section 8 states that Congress shall have the power "To coin Money, regulate the value thereof, ..." With the PRIVATE federal reserve coining our money we have broken this promise to the American Public. I want to work to returning the 3rd District to Sound Money policies.

5. I believe our representatives should be accessible. The days of "form letters" and not addressing concerns is over. The only way to truely represent a district is to listen to its constituents. I will be accesible to all residents of the 3rd district.

I was born in Fort Wayne, and grew up in HIcksville Ohio. I graduated from Hicksville High School in 1988. I am married and have two children Philip age 18. He is a senior this year. YAY. I have a 17 year old daughter, MIchelle. I became interested in politics about two years ago. Before that I was blatently apathetic.

I have seen the way this country is headed and I don't like it one bit. I am willing to step up to the plate to change the status quo. I believe we can once again have the country that our Founding Fathers envisioned. Live Free or Die!!

I liken myself to this quote

"Here's to the crazy ones, the misfits, the rebels, the trouble makers. The round pegs in the square holes, the ones who see things differently. They're not fond of rules, and they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can't do is ignore them, because they change things, they push the human race forward, and while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones who do."

It's good to see someone step up and explore a run. The 3rd district is in dire need of a change in representation at the federal level. Mark Souder has an abismal record as it pertains to liberty, foreign policy, and big gov't spending. Moreover, his obsession with the no-win war on drugs has cost taxpayers to much for to long. The time is right for a true constitutionalist to challenge our current representative. With help from the grass roots, and the grace of GOD, you may be pleasantly surprised at the support you glean from the voters of this district.
So by all means, Run, Run, Rachel!

Texas Congressman Ron Paul has warned that international forces are planning the creation of a global central bank that will see a new fiat monetary system come to dominate the world economy.

The 2008 presidential candidate also warned that Barack Obama’s administration will only represent a change in faces and not in policies.

Speaking about the recent G20 meeting Paul told Russia Today:

“I think something will come of it but you probably didn’t hear about it yet. There was some pomp and ceremony that the public knew about, but behind the scenes they were talking about the future and what they are going to do to try to internationalize all regulations, going in the opposite direction of free market and more towards international regulations. I’m sure they even talked about an international central bank.”

Paul also pointed out that global bankers have been holding their own talks on the same matter:

“At the same time the G20 was meeting, we also had the central banks meeting in Europe. Bernanke was over there, and they are doing the same type of planning, so real planning will not be out in the open, until they want us to know about it.” the Congressman said.

“The system that we have today where the fiat dollar is a reserve currency of the world, it’s losing that status and they have to replace it. Hopefully they’ll have enough sense to realise that another international agreement along the Bretton Woods will be no more successful than the last one.” Paul continued.

The Congressman argued that more regulations administered by central banks, rather than placed on to central banks, represents a dangerous move away from the free market.

“We could restructure by getting rid of all the central banks, then you would have honest money come up because nobody could commit fraud. Governments get away with committing fraud - that’s what fiat money is.” Paul commented.

The Congressman warned that an Obama presidency offers no alternative to the economic policies that have led the U.S. and the world to the brink of economic meltdown. Paul Described the kind of change Obama offers as:

“Just change in faces and change in party labels. Both parties represent the same special interests, they both have to represent big business. Obama’s supposed to be a man of the people, well he collected $750 million, more money than anybody else ever collected. Wall Street supported him, the media supported him, all the big money supported him, so his change is not going to be much change at all. He’s not talking about changing monetary policy, the Federal Reserve or getting rid of the income tax or bringing our troops home.”

Paul also commented that he does not believe Obama will withdraw troops from Iraq and pointed out that he has never said he will close down the military bases throughout the country and eliminate the huge embassy in Baghdad.

“Policy will remain interventionist,” the Congressman warned. “We will remain in the middle east and we will not be coming home, we’ll stay in Korea, we’ll stay in Europe, we’ll be in eastern Europe, we’ll be doing all these things. Even though Obama benefited tremendously from ‘change’, all we are changing is the face of our government.”

Paul also warned that the stage has been set for fresh terrorist attacks in the U.S. as a consequence of a sustained interventionist foreign policy.

Key concepts: MySpace, Suicide and Computer crimes

Let's get the obvious out of the way: Lori Drew is a wicked, wicked woman who impersonated a 16-year-old boy in order to torment a teenage girl (Megan Meier) who killed herself after the fictitious boy broke up with her on MySpace.'

It's a despicable situation involving seriously disturbed individuals. But let's get something straight here, folks: Did Lori Drew violate the law by impersonating a teenage boy in chat rooms?

If that's the case then half the people in chat rooms are felons, because almost none of them tell the truth about who they really are. The internet is rife with impersonation. Since when did tormenting someone in a chat room become a crime?

Prosecutors claim it's illegal to violate the terms of service with MySpace. Really? It's a felony to violate the terms of service that nobody even reads? Have YOU ever read the complete terms of service for a new credit card, an online membership or even a purchase you've made online? Virtually no one has.

So how do you know you're not violating something in those terms? Maybe the terms of service you didn't read require you to jump up and down, hooting like a monkey and scratching your butt crack. If you don't do that, according to the prosecutors in this case, you're suddenly a FELON that should spend 20 years in prison!

It's no exaggeration: This is the claim of the prosecutors. They say Lori Drew is a felon for violating the terms of service of MySpace, and that's it.

Gee, I'm pretty sure that's not a criminal offense, folks. The terms of service are a private agreement between YOU and the company. They are not enforced by the government, nor are they rules of law.

In other words, if you believe in actual law, you know that this whole Lori Drew case was total hogwash. Lori Drew was illegally prosecuted using laws that don't even apply to her actions. And the real reason why she was found guilty on these counts is because she was already pronounced guilty in the court of public opinion.

Is Lori Drew guilty of something? No doubt. She's probably guilty of being a mean psycho b*tch. But that's not (yet) illegal in this country, and if it ever becomes illegal, the prisons would be filled to capacity.

Listen: If a person decides to go kill themselves based on something you said, that's their problem, not yours. Words and thoughts are not crimes. ACTIONS are crimes. If Lori Drew pummeled that teen girl to death with an oversized computer monitor, then that would be a crime. But creating a false online personality and taunting the girl with words is no such crime.

It may be stupid. It may be mean. It may even be psycho. But it's not a crime.

And if it becomes a crime, somebody let me know, because I have a whole collection of hate mail from psycho Big Pharma drug pushers who told me to go kill myself. Gee, I wonder if the feds will go arrest all those people and charge them with felonies, too?

I'm not holding my breath on that one.

The law, you see, is selectively applied to whatever prosecution the public mob is calling for. We are no longer a nation of laws, we are a nation of Oprah-fied justice, where people are first found guilty in the tabloids, and then prosecutors scrounge around for some law they can find that might somehow apply.

The whole thing has turned out justice system into a complete joke.

Here's an idea! I'm going to modify the NaturalNews terms of service and make all government employees who visit the website pay me a million dollars per article. If they don't comply, I'll charge them with felony crimes and call the FBI. Can't wait for all the cash awards to start rolling in! This will be fun…

Rarely does anyone actually read the fine print or service terms agreement. Sure if you or I neglect to read the fine print we will get prosecuted up to our eyeballs. Heck not one elected official including the president read the huge scamulus package but voted for it anyway. Does this mean that they are liable for all of the dirty deeds even though they failed to read it? Oh I wish!!

It is another example of being above the law. There are two sets of laws, one for us and one for the elite. It is sad that this example is being exploited to the hilt. The irony is every elected and appointed official is most likely to one degree or another creating a persona of who they think we want them to be. They are intentionally misleading each of us with thier actions and words based on what they think we want to hear. Once in a while they show their true colors on camera or audio but for the most part they commit purjury every time their opens yet the justice system does nothing. Yet if we do it we are lying. I was informed of that by my Senator's staffer. An elected official never lies, they commit purjury.

In the court of public opinion elected and appointed officials are looking worse than ever yet they are held to a different standard than regular folk and will probably get away their shenanigans.

Our only recourse is to take back the people's government starting at the local and state levels. The best way to change the national stage is to go at it from the state and local levels. We must continue to educate ourselves and take action accordingly at the state and local levels.
