Provides clinical and managerial leadership in area of responsibility. Develops goals and objectives consistent with the mission, philosophy and strategic plan of the organization. Plans and coordinates unit activities to assure the provision of safe and effective nursing across the continuum of care.
Job Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited or NLN approved RN program. BSN required; Masters preferred. 4-5 years of strong proven successful management experience in ER. Current South Carolina RN license; Current CPR certification.
