My boss handed my the book "Nudge" to read. It claims to be about making healthy choices, etc... But like all socialism, it tries to disguise itself. As if they haven't tainted enough terms such as Capitalism, Free Markets, Big Business, etc... they are trying to taint us now. They call themselves "Libertarian Paternalist's" and that it's best to just "Nudge" people into making "better decisions" as if they know what's best for people.
I would love to meet some of my fellow libertarians in person. If anyone is from Orange County too and is interested in organizing a meetup, perhaps rent a room in a restaurant and get 20 or 30 people together to mingle and get to know each other.

lynn, MA | well this should be of no surprise. Socialist are dishonest, snakes in the grass as soon as something becomes popular these blood sucking, leeching, chameleons will latch themselves onto it in an attempt to ride it's coattails to power. Changing the definitions of words, and attempts to block out historical fact that doesn't meet their distorted socialist view of the world is one of the favorite tactics of the socialist scum. The same way socialist almost one hundred years ago took the very popular freedom orientated word liberal, which essentially meant to liberate from government coercion, turned it upside down to mean the exact opposite. The word liberal instead of meaning the right to be left alone from government now means you have the right to use government to steal from your neighbor to fund some entitlement program for yourself.
socialist will also attempt to attach a negative connotation to any freedom orientated word or idea such as when socialist claim those who are for states rights are racist
socialist scum will never stop doing this until people no longer fall for their tactics, ignore the socialist attempts to slander, threaten, and harass you for supporting freedom, keep using freedom orientated words the way they were meant to be used weather socialist scum like it or not. Do not be scared by their tactics and don't let them intimidate you with their false accusations and slanderous remarks to your character.
if you see a group of socialist attempting to intimidate a freedom supporter with character assassinations immediately stand up and speak out in defense of that individual, let that person know they are not alone and you will not believe any of the lies spewed by the socialist filth |

At the end of the book, they talk about taking from Peter to help Paul. So taxes is their solution to making people make healthy choices. It makes no sense. It doesn't cost any money to put a label on a package saying "This is really bad for you". Certainly not $3.8 Trillion.
The book is deceptive, that's my problem with it. They don't know what the word "Libertarian" means. Just like socialists don't know what the word "Liberal" means. The reason it doesn't say "Socialism" on the cover is because they know no one would go along with that.
Ron Paul's book "End the Fed" is very straightforward. He doesn't have that title and then preach Keynesian ideas, let alone use an oxymoron to describe himself. |

In fact, how can you use the term liberal and support more government which means being less liberal. Socialist lie and continue to lie. They should go to hell where they belong. |
