I live in the Portage Park area with my wife. Goldbug since 2004, I love following the markets as well. I've been an electrician since 2000 and am currently busy helping my wife get through the UIC nursing program (it's hell). I'm not nearly as active as I'd thought i'd be in the movement, but in my everyday life I try to educate as many people as possible about the values and principles of Liberty. Much of my free time gets spent reading. I've lived in Chicago my whole life and was a Democrat until I heard Ron Paul speak, and after reading the likes of Rothbard, Hazlitt, Bastiat I've become a full fledged libertarian. I am also addicted to the MisesU podcast at Itunes. I am actually able to work my 40hr week all the while listening to the podcasts. It's like I'm getting paid to get a Rothbardian education.

For those of you unaware of Trey Grayson's background I found a wonderful website with an absolute genious name:

(it tells the dark side of Mr. Trey Grayson)
Some websavy liberty-minded individual created this before Grayson's goons could create the webname. When you google his name alone it's the 5th site from the 1st. BUT, If enough people visit this link it will shoot to first and stay there (snowball effect) and every honest citizen who curiously googles his name will click this site first and foremost. This is good for Rand Paul and will inform the Kentucky voters whom they're dealing with. I like the idea I just hope it doesn't come across in bad taste towards Rand Paul as his name is plastered on the site as well and may appear he generated the site. Anyway, it's still worth checking out.
