I have started a group on facebook called, I'm a Ron Paul Republican

Why I'm a
Ron Paul Republican
Congressman Paul is a great example of honesty and principle in government and the Republican Party.
Dr. Paul never votes for legislation unless the proposed measure is expressly authorized by the Constitution. In the words of former Treasury Secretary William Simon, Dr. Paul is the "one exception to the Gang of 535" on Capitol Hill.
This is, less about Ron Paul than it is, about US and what WE stand for and what WE believe in.
We are willing to stand on principle when it may not be popular to do so.
We believe in personal liberty and self reliance.
We believe in and seek a return to sound money.
We support a non-interventionist (no Nation building) foreign policy.
We are calling the GOP back to its roots.
Barry Goldwater said, "I would remind you that extremism in the defense of liberty is no vice! And let me remind you also that moderation in the pursuit of justice is no virtue."
Goldwater led to the rise of conservatives calling themselves Reagan Republicans to express there agreement with the principles and issues they believed in.
Ronald Reagan said, "Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We didn't pass it to our children in the bloodstream. It must be fought for, protected, and handed on for them to do the same."
We believe it is once again time for the next generation of fiscal conservatives to stand and be counted
Fiscal conservatism has always been a core of the Republican Party, Ron Paul Republicans, seek to reduce the size and scope of Federal Government based on Constitutional principles.
If you agree with these positions, please help this grassroots effort to get the term Ron Paul Republican into the dialog. This term has a clear meaning and can help us identify each other as well as candidates that share our views.

As it states in our 2008 Montana Republican Platform:
Inflation and Employment
We feel that vigilance must be used in continuing to control inflation, as this represents one of the greatest
threats to the well being of all Americans.
We encourage efforts to improve the business climate, support entrepreneurship, foster free and fair trade,
expand employment, and lessen dependence on assistance programs.
We support a return to a gold and silver based monetary system and a strong dollar policy based on intrinsic
asset values and not a debased fiat monetary policy.
If we want to uphold our platform, We would be well served to check out some of the sound money bills being introduced in other States and seek out a similar bill for Montana.

The Committee for Indiana Honest Money is happy to announce that their proposed legislation, "The Indiana Honest Money Act", has been introduced to the Indiana General Assembly today. The bill was submitted by Senator Greg Walker of District 41, (R-Columbus), and has been assigned to the Senate Tax and Fiscal Committee for reading, review and consideration. The bill as submitted is Senate Bill 453 (SB453), and specifically adds: "ARTICLE (4-) 8.3. GOLD AND SILVER COIN AND ELECTRONIC CURRENCY". Have you heard of the Committees of Safety ? If yes ignore the links, but let me know if anything is organizing in our area.
The Committees of Safety date back to the Revolution and are the groups of citizens who oversaw the militias and the deputy sheriffs and got state legislative action done.
It is being reborn, starting in CT and spreading across the nation from there, it is a true grassroots movement, but with well educated people involved.
I joined online tonight.
