Are you going to choose your representative for Jefferson City or just accept the only person who has filed in your area?
The deadline is fast approaching to make sure that your area has a choice in who your representatives will be in Jefferson City for the next two years. Have you checked so see who is running for office to be your State Rep? Will your area have a choice? What is an election without a choice?
If you don't know what your State Rep District Number is you can find it here. At the bottom of the blue column on the right side of the page you will see the following.

If there is not a liberty minded person listed then maybe you should consider running or finding a liberty minded person in your area who will run. If you believe that our country should follow the constitition this is important. How can we expect our elected officials to do as we want if we don't make sure we have proper people elected?

It is not that hard to do. I have placed my name on the ballot to run against my US Representative and I am looking forward to having good representatives and senators in Jefferson City that I will be able to work with after the election.
State Senator - Art. III § 6 Constitution of Missouri & § 21.070, RSMo
* At least 30 years of age
* Qualified Missouri voter for three years before election
* Resident of the district which he is chosen to represent for 1 year before election
State Representative - Art. III § 4 Constitution of Missouri & § 21.080, RSMo
* At least 24 years of age
* Qualified Missouri voter for two years before election
* Resident of the district which he is chosen to represent for 1 year before election
State Senator - Art. III § 6 Constitution of Missouri & § 21.070, RSMo
* At least 30 years of age
* Qualified Missouri voter for three years before election
* Resident of the district which he is chosen to represent for 1 year before election

We have seen an awakening of the American Spirit and we must not let this opportunity go to waste. There are issues in every state that we can be active in that make a real difference.
In Missouri the Eminent Domain petitions are desperately needed so that "We The People Of Missouri" can fix the problems that our entire state has been plagued with regarding unjust use of eminent domain. Over 300,000 certified petition signatures are need to get this on the ballot and we have a very short amount of time to do this. The way that these petitions are to be collected is very different than the Audit The Fed petitions we collected and made a difference with. In addition to getting this important issue on the ballot for MO voters we also need to get liberty minded people elected in offices. While the Campaign For Liberty can not endorse candidates that does not mean that you can not run or find a person in your area who can step up to run. We have an opportunity to make a real difference. Do not let this opportunity go to waste.

Since the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 established a government-sponsored monopoly (the only kind of monopoly there can be), we must do more than audit the Fed. we must commit to abolishing the nation-wide banking monopoly. The free market works excellently in banking, just as it does in every other industry. Don't get used to government control to the point that you no longer believe freedom "just won't work", "isn't practical" and all the other excuses Conservatives have used for 97 years to allow this banking monopoly to control our money supply, create inflation, and rob us of sound, gold-and-silver backed currency, as mandated by the US Constitution.
