Hey Everyone,

it has been awhile since I last posted (partly intentionally, since I have been ultra-busy with school work and "life"; partly unintentionally, in the sense that I have posted before but for some unknown reason my posts weren't "cleared" or "allowed" which I am not sure why that is the case)!!!!  Anyone just want to with the ^Ron Paulista's^ here on campaignforliberty and the women at http://www.iamlola.org a

Heard Ron Paul's name All Night Long at a Halloween Party this weekend

Submitted by john2k on Mon, 10/31/2011 - 15:42 in

I went to a Halloween party this weekend. I expected a few like minded people to be there, but this was not a Ron Paul supporters party or anything like that.

Anyhow, I heard Ron Paul's name literally all night long. From shortly after I arrived until I left almost 7 hours later.

I only heard two 2012 presidential candidate names that night: Obama & Ron Paul.

Not a single other Republican candidate was mentioned during the night, at least not within my listening distance.

You might expect that I was the one pushing Ron Paul the most. Of course, I would have done so if it was necessary (like back in 2008).

Surprisingly, the guy who said Ron Paul's name more than anyone else was the most anti-Paul person at the party.

I'd estimate that 65% of those involved at some point in the related discussions either supported Ron Paul or viewed him very favorably. The more the anti-Ron Paul guy talked against RP the more others were disputing him, debating him, etc.

It was really refreshing to see this all playing out.

It was also really fun debating the Ron Paul hater in front of a small crowd, using logic and citing the Constitution to prove the guy wrong while debating Constitutional issues.

The RP hater ended up looking like someone who was against the law (against the constitution) as well as supportive of criminals (people who break the law). That was all after the anti RP guy agreed, in front of everyone, that obeying the law is important, that we should not support politicians who break the law, that the constitution IS the law and that the constitution should not be violated.

It was pretty easy to make him stumble all over the place after that, because he could not back up any of his positions or claims using a logical approach while citing the constitution. Everyone listening/participating in that conversation were able to clearly see how RP simply obeys his oath of office, which as the anti-RP guy agreed was so very important... until he decided it didn't work in his favor. It actually got to the point where he was saying that he didn't care whether or not something was against the law. And all his anti-Ron Paul ranting actually made it so easy for me to calmly & logically prove RP's positions were the legal constitutional positions among a group of people who were all in disagreement with the anti-RP guy.

Anti-RP guy even made claims that he was unable to back up after searching the Internet on his phone for a while. Basically the same claims without substance that we have heard about RP before and that those saying it can never find a primary source to prove what they say.

So, this is what we have. Ron Paul supporters promoting Dr. Paul as best we can, doing whatever we can to increase his name recognition and educate people about his platform. And along with that, we have anti-RP people who promote Ron Paul's name all night long at parties, giving RP even more name recognition and starting debates which help to educate people (as long as someone like us who knows is there to clear up false claims or point out activity which is a violation of our law/constitution).

Anti-RP guy also said at one point that stuff the government does is not illegal "because the Constitution does not say they cannot do it." Which everyone here should know (or make a point to learn) the proper response to that. That comment alone added a fun 30 minutes to the conversations.

Anti-RP guy also happens to be a very good friend of mine, he's a closer friend of one of my lifelong best friends. And I truly like my "anti-RP" friend. I've told him many times over the years that I know he truly cares and that I believe that quality of his is so very important. Especially at a time when it seems so few people care enough to even pay attention to what is going on.

So, if my anti-RP friend somehow stumbles over to the DP, reads this and realizes it's about him & the recent party... here's a toast to you: thanks for helping me promote Ron Paul all night the other night without me hardly even having to mention his name.

The "Ron Paul" conversation - for, against, policies, curiosity - is one of the only main political conversations that comes in every day life.

The Banksters, Corporatism, Police State, NWO .. and Ron Pauls candidacy.

Its because of the internet. People are getting this info online ... millions of them.

We are making a difference.

Keep talking.

I love this story. We are getting more and more support daily. We have probably about 5,000,000 supporters and we need at least 55,000,000 more so if the 5,000,000 get one person per day for the nest 30 days, we would be over our numbers, way over!!

Dear Ron Paul Supporter,

(Quick Link www.RonForRevolution.com)

I, like you, have engaged in countless debates with friends, family, and strangers about the merits of Dr. Ron Paul. These debates are fun because we have the truth on our side. However, spreading Ron Paul's message encounters two clear obstacles:

1. People will often defend the "other side" while becoming increasingly less receptive to Paul's message.

2. Paul's positions require exceptional understanding to succinctly convey. Often, there simply is not enough time to prevent people from concluding: "I like Ron Paul except for..."

I believe I have made an important step to solving both of these issues. First, I launched a website that offers relatively short videos regarding each of Paul's major positions.

Second, I give visitors the opportunity to explore each topic at a greater level of depth if they choose.

This website gives Ron Paul supporters a powerful tool. They can refer anyone remotely interested in Ron Paul to the site where they can quickly become educated on the relevant issues.

We have precious little time to get people to understand why we believe the way we do.

Use my contribution to help you make your contribution in this struggle for intellectual truth.

www.RonForRevolution.com

Sincerely,
Vincent

PS. Any feedback on the site is greatly appreciated. Eg. additional issues or content you would like to see.

PPS. We also have pretty unique shirt designs, but I may be biased.

"~~IBD's 10 SECRETS TO SUCCESS~~"
Investor's Business Daily has spent years analyzing leaders and  successful people in all walks of life.  Most have 10 traits that, when combined can turn dreams into reality.  Each day, we highlight one (my dad gave this to me as a cut-out to read, keep, and use).

1.) HOW YOU THINK IS EVERYTHING: Always be positive.  Think sucess, not
failure.  Beware of a negative environment.

2.) DECIDE UPON YOUR TRUE DREAMS AND GOALS: Write down your specific goals
and develop a plan to reach them.

3.) TAKE ACTION: Goals are nothing without action.  Don't be afraid to get
started.  Just do it.

4.) NEVER STOP LEARNING: Go back to school or read books.  Get training
and acquire skills.

5.) BE PERSISTENT AND WORK HARD: Success is a marathon, not a sprint.
Never give up.

6.) LEARN TO ANALYZE DETAILS: Get all the facts, all the input.  Learn
from your mistakes.

7.) FOCUS YOUR TIME AND MONEY: Don't let other people or things distract
you.

8.) DON'T BE AFRAID TO INNOVATE; BE DIFFERENT: Following the herd is a
sure way to mediocrity.

9.) DEAL AND COMMUNICATE WITH PEOPLE EFFECTIVELY: No person is an island.
Learn to understand and motivate others.

10.) BE HONEST AND DEPENDABLE; TAKE RESPONSIBILITY: Otherwise, Nos. 1-9
won't matter.
