This book ties together all the writings of the Founders into 28 Basic Freedom Principles: what they believed in, why the believed it, and where the belief came form. The author uses the Founders own words to explain these basic principles that are enshrined into the Constitution and Declaration of Independence. 

This book ties together all the "Pillars of Liberty" (found on the home page of C4L) into one book. This book is so eye-opening that it should be REQUIRED READING!!!!!!! If you want to know how to fix America, if you want to know how a government FOR THE PEOPLE AND BY THE PEOPLE should be governed, READ THIS BOOK!!!

You can find it at The National Center for Constitutional Studies www.nccs.net They have other great books and study courses on the Constitution and the Founders. Ever wonder why certain words or phrases were put into the Constitution and not others? They have books on that too. This site is a fantastic resource!! 

By the way, I'm only one-third into the book. And I learned more in those pages than I ever did in school!!

Good recommendation. I have several of Cleon Skousen's books: Making of America, The 5000 Year Leap, The Naked Communist, The Naked Capitalist... Everything is completely inline with Dr. Paul philosophy. I would not be suprised if I found out that the two knew and respected each other. Is just ordered some books from NCCS too: The Real Thomas jefferson, Benjamin Franklin and George Washington. I understand these are great too.
