OK Here it is my fellow freedom loving Americans. I have NOT made any of this up, and is IS REAL, and IS being ENFORCED by the military (U.S. Coast Guard) since midnight 4/15/2009.

The U.S. Congress, under guise of 9/11, via the PATRIOT ACT , has went anal stupid in their ignorance of our Constitution, Republic, and Civil Liberties, and *created* a 'Permission to Work' REAL ID called TWIC (Google TWIC). The Demo "QUITTERS", the ones that like to quit their elected posts for 6 weeks, and vacation in a different state while getting paid full salary had pushed for this kind of REAL ID since the early 90's. The Republicans under Bush voted for it, passed it, and Bush signed it into law.

1.) The TSA, under the DHS with the blessing of the Congress now has permission to wilfully VIOLATE our rights with a COMPELLED, and enforced Socialist ID. The TSA has set it up so that private sector workers in certain professions now CANNOT WORK, or even *APPLY* for work 'UNTIL' they *PURCHASE* TSA's (PRODUCT) 'Permission to Work' REAL ID called TWIC from the military contractor Lockheed Martinfor the FEE of $132.50. Employers will now NOT even give an application for employment unless applicant has a TWIC REAL ID in possession.

Basically, TWIC REAL ID is a "if you want to work, an/or continue to work in your chosen profession, and feed your family as you did before, then you MUST now ASK the TSA for 'permission', by *APPLYING* for it. It is a NO TWIC 'Permission to Work' REAL ID, NO WORK PERIOD SCAM! You are actually COMPELLED to apply for it, because you can't get an application OR work UNTIL you PURCHASE one.

2.) When you apply for a COMPELLED TWIC REAL ID, (because you CAN'T work UNTIL you have one), you must declare to be a "U.S." citizen( they only give you TWO choices 1. yes or 2. no). There are THREE different definitions of "U.S." citizen as per the U.S. Supreme Court (Under Hooven) and it is shown in Blacks Law Dictionary. I have written the TSA about this 10x in writing by certified, notarized, proof of delivery, and e-mail since Nov, 2008 (before it went into effect, and since) inquiring about many of the words, term's, and phrases the COMPELLED TSA TWIC REAL ID Application uses. Since words mean different things in law, it is important to know exactly WHICH legal term applies to each question in the (FEDERAL) TSA TWIC REAL ID Application. To date, as of this writing, the TSA has NOT absolutely REFUSED to 'DEFINE' ANY words, it uses in in's literature. I have tried for nearly TWO FULL years to find a lawyer and not ONE has a clue on how to sue the TSA. If you are illegal, a murderer, an drug dealer, have a DUI, they come crawling out of the woodwork.

3.) The TSA TWIC 'Permission to Work' REAL ID application clearly states that it is Mandatory, while at the very SAME TIME (I kid you not) states that "Possession of a TWIC is no guarantee that it will be accepted because the owner the facilities can refuse you entrance to their facility" which is PRIVATE PROPERTY. Get it People? The TSA forces private sector workers to apply for and purchase THEIR PRODUCT or they can't work, and at the very SAME TIME tells you that there is no guarantee it will even be accepted for the very areas the TSA says it's required for.

4.) You MUST give TSA fingerprints.

5.) You MUST allow TSA to give YOUR information to UNNAMED WORLDWIDE Police agencies, and other WORLDWIDE government agencies to do background checks upon you.

6.) You MUST PROVE to the TSA that YOU are NOT (I kid you NOT), a TERRORIST, a Mental Case, or a RICO Act Felon, OR ever been CONVICTED in a Military OR civilian court for 'Reason of Insanity'.

7.) You MUST provide a SSN (there is NO LAW that REQUIRES ANYONE to apply for, have, or use a SSN in America. The SSA will tell you this if you write and ask) or they will REFUSE the COMPELLED application, and deny it which means you won't be able to work.

8.) You MUST "SIGN" the application or it will be DENIED, and the compelled ID won't be issued (Compelled Signatures are NOT VALID in LAW).

9.) The U.S. Coast Guard is at the gates of every port and harbor facility, (checking your papers) and will check to make sure you HAVE the TWIC 'Permission to Work' REAL ID. If you do not have one, you will be denied entrance to the (private property) facility.

After THOUROUGH research, I have found that the TWIC was origianally created for SAILORS ON (FOREIGN FLAGGED) SHIPS. SECURE AREAS are just ANOTHER section of property that you can't go UNLESS you now have the TWIC. SECURE AREAS, are like Restricted Areas, and we all know we can't go in posted areas unless we have permission. SECURE AREAS are basically RESTRICTED Areas, the SAME EXACT THING!

NOTHING has changed with the TWIC. The ports and harbors still operate as they did before 9/11. It's only a money making SCAM for Lockheed Martin, and each and every Congress and Senate member and their special interest lobbyist who has a stake in Lockheed Martin. The FOREIGN SAILORS on FOREIGN FLAGGED SHIPS ARE "EXEMPT" from the very REAL ID that was created for THEM due post 9/11 security. Yet it is FORCED upon all others in the private sector who must PURCHASE it, waive all rights, and agree to all TSA's terms and conditions without negotiation in order to continue to earn a living and feed their families.

I have written BOTH my Congress Reps (Feinstien and Boxer) since Nov. 2008, and as of to date of this writing, I have heard NOTHING. I have written a few other Congress and Senate members on this matter from BOTH parties (Dems and Reps) and as of to date I have heard NOTHING. Lawyers REFUSE to handle a case on this matter even with a mountain of PROOF that it's a SCAM, nad BOTH Congress AND Senate member from BOTH parties whom I've written about this "PERMISSION TO WORK REAL ID" SCAM, have not responded.

I hope this writing here will make some headway and get put out there to ALL the private sector workers TWIC applies to because Congress, and TSA cannot REFUTE, DENY, or DISMISS the TWIC "EVIDENCE" that it IS A SCAM upon American workers in the private sector. Their SILENCE is PRIMA FACIE "PROOF". This PERMISSION TO WORK REAL ID started under the guise of 9/11 for certain FOREIGN workers, and yet THEY are EXEMPT. Since it IS being ENFORCED by the MILITARY, I feel this will SPREAD to OTHER PROFESSIONS by a "A federal REAL ID is NEEDED to VERIFY" blah blah blah. It starts in one, and they see how it is working or if people actually GO ALONG WITH IT, and when they find they can make money by people asking the governemt (although COMPELLED) then they WILL carry it over to other professions sooner or later.

Mr. Paul, I, as well as countless other True Americans, would absolutely LOVE to hear [YOU] ask Obama on [ Live TV, in Front of The Full Congress ] the following 2 Questions. These 2 questions would not only put Obama in a spot about his secracy, and the secrets he's trying so hard to hide from the very American people who "supposedly" elected him, but it would also then be on the official congressional RECORD that Americans have demanded to know his legal status. Then hopefully more congress members under pressure from ever more irritated Americans, would want to know what he's trying to hide, and why he's trying so hard to keep it secret, thus hopefully opening an investigation.

Question # 1: Mr. Obama, The People of the United States of America DEMAND to know what secrets you have to HIDE by sealing all your records, and by not providing a "vault copy" of your birth certificate to once and for all, PROVE to the American PEOPLE, that you are indeed a native born American citizen eligable to be President of the United States? WHO is paying the army of lawyers hired on your behalf to keep your secrets secure?

Question # 2: Since YOU Sir, took an OATH to UPHOLD the US Constitution, and the Federal Reserve Corporation is an unconstitutional central bank, a corporation strictly forbidden by the US Constitution, and the unconstitutional IRS as its corrupt collection agency (with its OWN private corporate laws), WHY did you violate your oath, and borrow $757 billion from this [ Forbidden Unconstitutional ] corporation?, instead of immediately disbanding BOTH  it, and the IRS? 

Mr. Paul, these 2 questions need to get on record as being from a respected member of congress, as so it will spark debate, and force answers. They fear you for your factual honesty and patriatism. I sincerely hope you will read this, and personally reply, and I feel that EVERYONE who supports you in taking back our counrty and liberites will in deed ask these 2 questions. They always outright ignore the People, but when a congress man asks important  questions like these, they all feel stupid and will want to be on your side. Ron Paul for President.

As an American National born, raised, and bred in the U.S. of A. I want to introduce 6 bills.

Bill number One that would make ALL positions in the federal government as ELECTED [By The People] positions. NO MORE having the President assign ANY positions, except his press spokesman. ALL federal positions [Congress and Senate Included) would have to be filled every (4) four years by election, just like the President, and during the Presidential election. This would ensure that no special "ThankYou" treatment to positions to friends or campaign contributors would be given. And ensure no more career free riders on others expense. 

Bill number Two would be to hold criminally responsible ("regardless" of rank, or postion INCLUDING, the President of the U.S. of A.), ALL sponsors of "Unconstitutional Bills". Meaning that ANY congressman, or senator who introduces, or sponsors bills that are contrary to the U.S. of A. Constitution, [The Supreme Law of Our Land], to be held criminally responsible for such acts, and bills that would try to strip Americans rights, no matter how slight, or under any perceived attack etc... It would make ANY and ALL existing [Acts, and Bills] contrary to our constitution as "Null and Void". PERIOD and ABSOLUTE.

Bill number Three would limit the term of service of ALL Congress, and Senate members to, (2) two, four year terms [PERIOD] just like the office of the President of the United States of America. NO MORE golden parachutes, and free rides. This bill would also require that ALL congress and senate members be set to a standard salary, and require that ALL congress and senate members when on official business travel on civilian airlines, and coach [unless they themselves desire higher class of travel to pay the difference themselves] just as the very people who elected them do. Also NO MORE  limos, unless they themselves (except the president) pay to rent one.

WE THE 300 Million PEOPLE of the United States of America, own this country, NOT the few thousand self serving, crooked, special interest politicians. It IS [OUR] country, WE the PEOPLE have the POWER to force government and it's elected politicians to abide by the laws of our land, and OUR will. No more compalining about the idiots running our country into the ground, it's time to act NOW!!!

 Bill number Four would be to introduce (2) constitutional amendments to FOREVER BAR [Lawyers, Attorneys, Judges] from EVER holding elected governmental positions, just as the ORIGINAL 13th amendment did but mysteriously VANISHED. Just by the 13th amendment being published in many state records is proof it exists, and has NOT been repealed. This bill would mandate it's force, and forever ban lawyers of any rank from ever holding these offices (except the presidents legal adviser) and would include the President.

Bill Five would prohibit and ban ANY and ALL people who was NOT born in this country from holding ANY office in the US federal government, including the President unless it is PROVEN (NOT just because one party says it is so), but PROVEN that the person is entitled to hold the position of President. Just as our constitution clearly states.

Bill number Six would require the TRUE LEGAL DEFINITION of  the term "US citizen", and/or the defintion of the (3) three definitions the term a government form is refering to  when ever it is asked on ANY government form, local, state, or federal.

So help me out patriots. Please give me the feed back. I sincerely feel that these are good bills designed to limit government, and force them to abide by the very law they take an oath to uphold. I think most of you will understand what I mean when reading them if I didn't sound to clear. ALL bills and acts would of course have to be written in understandable, everyday english. That's why NO LAWYERS should serve in government, or write the bills, acts, and constitutional amendments. They should all say exactly what they mean, and mean exactly what they say. No more having lawyers define, and interpret everyword that means what THEY say the words and terms mean. But WE THE PEOPLE read, know, and understand the meanings. Thanx fellow Patriots...    Why is it that when even kindergarten children in our country understand that one can't borrow money from a bank, and then force others to pay the debt back. These same children understand that [ NO ONE ] is, or can be held responsible for anothers borrowed debt. Why is it then, that the ignorant democrats in congress borrows $757 billion from the [UNCONSTITUTIONAL CENTRAL BANK] called the federal reserve to spread around in the disguised in the form of a "stimulus", and expect these very children to pay the debt and interest upon the debt with the fuits of their labor when they grow up and start working?

   Why is it that the adults in congress (of either party), except a few, understand that with the exception of those very FEW, that EVERY MEMBER of congress is GUILTY OF TREASON for violating their oaths to UPHOLD the constitution. GUILTY because they as so called educated people (ya right), have violated their oaths by allowing a central bank [which is unconstitutional] operate in America for far too long. They are all GUILTY of treason because they have allowed this very unconstitutional central bank to make its very own private fiat money, and stolen the peoples legal currency of gold and held it hostage on a military base with a traiotrs name (Ft. Knox). They are all GUILTY for allowing this private bank to make its own laws, and own collection agency called the (IRS) which steals American workers pay called (income taxes).

   Why is it that Americans keep paying property taxes when it has already been ruled upon by the US Supreme Court as being [Unconstitutional] as a "Direct Tax" which is strictly FORBIDDEN by the US Constitution. Why is it that Americans allow their employers to force them to fill out the [VOLUNTARY] IRS Forms W-4 before they are hired when there is NO LAW that requires anyone to have such a number to live and work in America, and the Department of Justice has already said in its EEOC v. Information Systems Consulting case that employers cannot fire one, or refuse to hire anyone for refusing to give a SSN.

   It's amazing that children in our country understand everyday [Common Sense] issues at such early ages, yet grown educated lawyers, and career politicians in our congress and senate have NO CLUE as to what REALITY is, and are so far out of touch with the REAL WORLD.

   The whole Congress and Senate [except a few], and including the office of the President of the United States of America are all GUILTY of TREASON for allowing the [Communist Manifesto] idea prosper in America. They should ALL be hanged!, for treason is a Constitutional CRIME.

   Why is it that school age children already know that all we have to do is 1.) Disband the Federal Reserve, and IRS, and everyone would instantly OWN what they where buying from fraudulent bankers contracts. 2.) Print and disperse our countries legal currency of gold and silver [Certificates] as President Kennedy ordered before he was murdered in 1963....3.) Disperse ALL the gold and silver in government deposits evenly amongst the states of the union. WOW! instantly NO DEBT for EVERYONE.  4.) Americans need to STOP paying taxes of ANY type upon our property and labor [as it's suppossed to be]. Imagine that, 280 million Americans suddenly STOP paying taxes of ANY kind? WOW! The government would be forced to live within its means like everyone else. They are all GUILTY TREASON and should be HANGED. When are Americans going to WAKE UP! and take ACTION instead of always moaning and groaning about whats going on.
