      Dear Freedom Lovers,

Americans are now enduring tyranny equal to or greater than what
the colonialist received from the King.  Our courts are corrupt, enforcement of
our great Constitution is selective at best, and the legislatures are spending
us into bankruptcy.  However, our founding fathers fought tyranny and prevailed
and so will we.

        A personal passion of mine is restoring our lost right to
travel free of restrictions.  We have the natural unalienable right to travel intrastate just as we
do between the states, regardless of the states' wanton disregard for this
right. Because  the state has called our right to travel a privilege, we are now  facing draconian national ID legislation through Real ID and
the Pass Act.

        But our fight against excessive government is making progress.  For the first time since the war between the states, we are
seeing the  states buck the federal government, enacting legislation that points  the way to a return of supreme sovereignty to the individual.  I want Congressional investigations into whether  the 14th, 16th and 17th amendments were ever Constitutionally ratified.

We  cannot let down our guard.  We must remain diligent.  We must continue  to take the fight for individual freedoms to those who wish to take  ours away.  Accountability for all levels

We  the People must become active to restore the Republic that was designed  by our forefathers and delineated clearly in our Constitution.

Just  voting every two years is not enough. The time has come to pay close  attention to the elected and hold them accountable for their actions.  We can tolerate no more losses of liberty.

We must spread the  truth about why we are in the current mess which was caused, for the  most part, by decades of the misuse of power and taxpayer money and  unbridled corruption.

David.Riden  is the Tennessee State Coordinator for WTPF supporting the Continental  Congress 2009 (CC2009) and is a patriot who has protected and defended  the Constitution of the united States of America under oath on three  occasions as a member of the USAF, US Nuclear Regulatory Commission and  the Tennessee Valley Authority.  He is associated with the First  Tennessee Rifles Unorganized Militia In Tennessee (UMIT), Freedom  Liberty Alliance and Peoples Congress. David now lives in McMinn County.

I believe true  liberty can only be achieved by taking responsibility for our actions.  For 23 years I have endeavored to assist individuals attain health  freedom by showing them how to take responsibility for their own well  being.
