Since the Federal gov't unconstitutionally gave it's coining authority to a cartel of private bankers in 1913, America has witnessed multiple boom and bust cycles. North Dakota is the only state that owns its own bank and may be the only State that emerges unscathed by the current economic bust. Oregon could too, if it had it's own State bank.
The only other options are for the people to create alternate currencies or black markets, lest they become drowned by debt due to the fraudulant nature of fiat money. Do Oregonians want to give away forests to pay off a fraudulent debt? Do Oregonaisn really want State representation to become a mere token placard to keep up appearances?

A while back, I called Marion County Waterworks to find out what they contaminate the municipal water with and found the following:
- sodium hydrochloride (chlorine) 1.2 - 1.4 ppm
- fluoride .95-1ppm
- soda ash (aka baking soda), for corrosion control) 8.5ppm
Referencing fluoridealert.org:
- The level of fluoride put into water (1 ppm) is up to 200 times higher than normally found in mothers' milk (0.005 - 0.01 ppm)
- Fluoride is a cumulative poison. On average, only 50% of the fluoride we ingest each day is excreted through the kidneys. The remainder accumulates in our bones, pineal gland, and other tissues. If the kidney is damaged, fluoride accumulation will increase, and with it, the likelihood of harm.
- Sodium fluoride is an extremely toxic substance -- just 200 mg of fluoride ion is enough to kill a young child, and just 3-5 grams (e.g. a teaspoon) is enough to kill an adult. Both children (swallowing tablets/gels) and adults (accidents involving fluoridation equipment and filters on dialysis machines) have died from excess exposure
A worker at water plant filmed the Fluoride additive process and posted the video on Youtube, which brings up some interesting questions for Marion county waterworks.
- What corporation sold it?
- What else is in the fluoride container/bag?
- What is the process for mixing the container/bag into the water?
The county will likely not know about the contents, but the corporate manufacturing facilities would. Even if they answer, can they be trusted? The only real way to know is to chemically test it. When was the last time this was done?
No Right to Force Medication
While fluoride is touted to "protect teeth", the people should not be on gov't forced medication. All the above questions should be null and void by virtue of the right to medicate ones self, even if it's with a classified poison whose very history by maniacal tyrants Stalin and Hitler should clearly identify it's purpose. Medication is a personal choice - not a choice by city bureaucrats, county voting majority, county commissioners, State legislators, "bench legislators", Governors-in-charge, and certainly not acquiesced through the UN's "Agenda 21". Fluoride, Aspartame and Agenda 21
Agenda 21, Section IV, Chapter 35 - Means of Implementation
Honor the Individual's Rights
Water fluoridation is mandated by Oregon State law and all counties are expected to comply. However, no gov't official should comply, especially considering they took an oath to protect and defend the US Constitution, which is built upon the protection of the individual's inalienable rights. No one has the right to violate another's body or property, unless in defense of their body or property. Poisoning clearly crosses the line. Since no one can transfer a right they do not have, then representative proxys also cannot. When gov't engages in acts that cross that line such as mass poisoning via fluoride, few words describe it better than genocide and tyranny.
Got your fluoride water filter yet?

The US financial system will soon melt down. Both China and Japan kept their insolvent banks going for decades. US banks are insolvent and have been for at least the last 3 years. There is fraud at all levels. The credit derivative problem has been sidestepped and still growing. The medical metaphor would be uncontrollable tumors. With the halt of unplanned foreclosures, the collateral at the base of the derivative pyramid has no value. The banks will be sued. The pension funds are holding valueless paper. Titles to homes bought after foreclosure will be clouded. The real estate market will become chaotic, perhaps grinding to a halt, perhaps dividing into two parts - clear titles and clouded titles. Conservative business of title insurance is going to face upheaval. There you have similar tumors at the Pentagon - missing trillions, Fannie, Freddie and HUD (multiple syndications of the same collateral, and, probably, off the books liabilities), and more Treasury Bonds outstanding than on the books. Recall the Japanese couriers intercepted at the Swiss / Italian border only months ago. The money already has been printed and distributed in the form of those 1200 Trillion derivatives (and growing) that were outstanding as far back as 2008. The IMF guesstimate was reduced to some 680 trillion, but both numbers are essentially infinite. We are farther along the Weimar path than we realize, closer to the collapse stage. The solution is a controlled collapse and rebirth. If collapse is coming and gov't has been powerless to stop it, nevermind caused it, the real question is how to control or guide it, not how to prevent it. We are way past prevention or repair. The financial world will turn upside down. It's like a pole shift, the kind that in geological terms occurs once every 700 thousand years or so, only this time the financial poles may be Washington and Beijing.
Politicians from all parties have contributed to this demise by not just spending imaginary money or taxing to cover the interest in more imaginary money, but simply using it. The fraudulent economic unit itself drives Big Gov't by it's mere existence. The few Constitutional minded GOP Federal candidates will have little sway if elected, although they may be heard if they join Ron Paul's repeated chorus for economic freedom. Delia Lopez (CD3) and Art Robinson (CD4) will invariably be members, but Scott Bruun (CD5) will not as he believes the Federal Reserve should have more secrecy and more power.
At the State level, Dudley will reduce business taxes, but favors continued spending on Oregon National Guard units overseas in expensive and illegal wars (sic). The State Treasurer can adjust spending allocations and a strictly Constitutionally adherent Governor such as Greg Kord can reign in State "services", but would be powerless to brunt the storm since use of the "dollar" would still be at the core. The State does not understand the root of the problem is the fiat money itself and will either apply their own misdiagnosis or go along with a "global solution" generously fostered by elites, passed through UN agencies to US agencies and parroted by mass media. By pegging the globe's fiat currencies together, the problem expands globally, which results in a global meltdown. The one thing politicians should do, they don't - non-interference with the free market. They "regulate" everything, thereby keeping the managers (politicians) of a perpetual corporation (State) well fed, well funded, and in power. For example, the State legalized industrial hemp instead of decriminalizing it in mid-2010, and will profit from it in 2011 - profits which could be better used by Oregonians to better their situation and create jobs. Instead, the State continues to mismanage the economy into oblivion. This move also puts them at odds with Federal agencies such as the ATF. What will the State Police or County Sheriff do to protect Oregonians from raids that result in confiscation, incarceration, and death? Nothing, as history shows. It will only expand spending on the police state.
Politicians can't solve Oregon's woes because with few exceptions, they don't understand the individual's inalienable rights, the US Constitution that protects it, or the State's right to nullification when the Feds go outside their limited roles. Worse, their ignorance of the systemic financial storm will cause them to react unfavorably when it hits. The only thing the State can do at this point is not enforce acceptance of the "dollar" as legal tender and let the market choose it's store of value. There isn't enough time to setup an Oregon bank, even if Oregon politicians and bureaucrats could be trusted with monetary policy. Local scrips may come back into style, as they were in Silverton during the 1930's. A Keizer resident developed a scrip system and has been diligently promoting it to businesses in effort to buffer the coming economic chaos. See http://www.agscrip.com for more info.

The "Model State Health Emergency Act" was created by the Rockefeller funded Center of Disease Control (CDC) to promote "health security" legislation for the States. Oregon adopted part of it's provisions in 2003 and may have adopted more. I am told to enlist the help of favorable representatives to direct their legal counsel to discover any Oregon law relating to health pandemonium.
In a nutshell, the MSHEA (illegally) authorizes the Governor to declare a health pandemic with the prodding of the WHO and/or CDC, which would then allow military control of the population, force "vaccine" injections, and quarantine resisters. Rolling roadblocks (choke points) will check people for compliance. If you do not have your papers (e.g. RFID bracelet), you can be injected or sent to a FEMA camp for indefinite quarantine. People will not be able to get food, attend to their daily affairs, or travel freely. This Hell on Earth is reportedly to begin mid October 2009.
Any force upon ones body violates the 4th Amendment of the U.S Constitution, but that has never stopped evil - only good men and women can do that. Other than self-defense, the Sheriff is the last safeguard against State and Federal tyranny. Retired lawman Sheriff Mack is directing the "Sheriff Project" that provides support and Constitutional training from current and retired Sheriff's to prove they can prevail, and encourages people to coordinate with their Sheriff to build and attend his posse when called upon.
Douglas county has already started this with Sheriff Hanlin using concealed handgun license holders. I am told the Grant county Sheriff could be favorable too. I have met with Marion county Acting Sheriff Jason Myers to gauge his Constitutional awareness and willingness and found he is reluctant to go against bureaucracy. The next step is to have him fill out the "Sheriff Project" questionnaire, which will then be publicly accessible from the website and provide a starting point for activists to transform him.
Mary of Childhoodshots.com has also created an 8 point plan which includes a flier listing the dangerous, toxic, untested, and even illegal vaccine ingredients along with a petition for the Sheriff's protective pledge which can be used to build the Sheriff's confidence to do the right thing by seeing he has the support of his constituents. If you are interested in coordinating with your county Sheriff, please contact Anita Andrews (contact@usa1911.com or anitaandrews@mac.com).

After a rousing petition gathering on 9/12 at the Salem Capitol steps, District coordinator Jamie Jackson delivered the petitions on September 13th and Schrader signed on September 15. HR1207 now has 290 co-sponsors and is Presidential veto proof. Our focus now resides on petitioning Oregon Senators Wyden and Merkley.

April 20, 2009 marks the day when Rep. Schrader (OR, CD5) first responded in detail about HR1207. I'd been hounding him by phone at his DC and OR office, and the occassional email, since the birth of this Resolution and was only thanked for calling.
Over the July 20th weekend, Rep. Schrader's response to HR1207 was the 600 pages of other legislation that needed tending. While I applaud the implied notion that he reads every word before voting, HR1207 is only one page long - 343 words - and his email response is 243 words. In my recent calls and email, I reveal this observation to him and tell him that being such a short bill, he can easily spend two minutes to read HR1207 and put his name down as a co-sponsor, then move on to the bigger ones.

Thank you for contacting me regarding HR 1207, The Federal Reserve Transparency Act. I appreciate your thoughts and concerns about this issue.
HR 1207 has been referred to the House Committee on Financial Services. The bill would reform the way the Comptroller General of the United States audits the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.
Following how our money is spent is an important issue. That is why one of the first votes I took as a new Member of Congress was on HR 384, the TARP Reform and Accountability Act. This bill closes loopholes, increases transparency of the money released by TARP, and provides guidance for money that our new Administration will be spending. In addition, the money from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act can be tracked through the website: www.recovery.gov. I am also very supportive of the House budget resolution that calls for results through performance based management. The American people deserve to know how their tax dollars are spent and I am happy to support this unprecedented level of transparency.
As HR 1207 makes its way through the legislative process, I will follow it closely and ensure that the intent of the bill remains focused on fiscal accountability. I will take your concerns into consideration prior to any action.
Thank you again for contacting me and should you have any further questions or concerns, please contact my office by calling (202) 225-5711 or 1-877-301-KURT. To keep updated on my activities and to contact me through email, please visit my website at: www.schrader.house.gov.

Oregon has 2 of 5 co-sponsors. Let's get cracking on Wu (CD1), Blumenauer (CD3) and Schrader (CD5). I paraphrased Cliff Hitchinson's (PDX) comments about HR-1207 on C4L and emailed it to Schrader. Will you do the same? https://forms.house.gov/schrader/contact-form.shtml http://www.house.gov/wu/contact.shtml http://blumenauer.house.gov/index.php?option=com_email_form&Itemid=206 --------
Recently, a petition to co-sponsor HR-1207, the Audit the Fed Act, was delivered to your Oregon City office. I hope it has reached you personally at your DC office.
I am taking the liberty to inform you of crucial facts about the Federal Reserve, in the case you were not aware. * The Federal Reserve is a private corporation which has been excluded from regulation by law since the 1950s.
* Its board of governor's are unelected and unaccountable to the people, and the current Chairman will serve another 10 years since being appointed by President Bush in 2005. It has monopoly control of our money, and manipulates the average interest rates for bank loans, which it uses to cause inflation, benefiting rich bankers and credit card companies at the expense of the poor and people on fixed income. * It was created in SECRECY 99 years ago by VICTORIAN ERA WAR PROFITEERS and CORRUPT REPUBLICAN POLITICIANS, and foisted on PRESIDENT WILSON who later regretted allowing it, writing in his memoirs, "I have UNWITTINGLY RUINED MY COUNTRY".
<script type="text/javascript">
I am looking forward to you joining Rep. DeFazio (D) and Rep. Walden (R) in co-sponsoring HR-1207.

3k-4k people showed up for the 3 hour event. There were 5-10 C4L activists at our meager booth and we were full on for the entirety. This is what we did:
- walked our custom C4L banner around the rally
- taught a quick primer on the relationship between the IRS, the Fed, and their roles in the economic crisis
- handed out all 120 "Freedom to Fascism" DVD's within the first 2 hours to those who didn't know
- handed out all 75 Republic magazines within 1 hour
- handed out 200 pocket Constitutions
- gave everyone a HR-1207 "Audit the Fed" bullet sheet
- signed up every person to petition their US Congress Rep to support HR-1207
- gave every person a C4L goals and contact sheet
- signed up several local coordinators with the respective cashy-money
- got nearly $200 in donations

As Dr. Paul and others discussed at CPAC, Campaign for Liberty is committed to getting H.R. 1207, a bill to audit the Federal Reserve System, passed in this Congress.
Since its creation in 1913, the Fed's control of money and credit in this country has resulted in a 95% devaluation of our dollar and the piling up, just in the last year, of almost $10 trillion in bailouts and loans.
The Fed has so far resisted attempts to provide information on how it is spending the bailout money and currently dictates how accountable it will be to Congress.
Introduced last Thursday, H.R. 1207 already has bipartisan support with 11 cosponsors from all across the country. In contrast to the massive "stimulus" package, Dr. Paul's bill can be read in less than five minutes.
Our new Audit the Fed flier was hugely popular last week at CPAC, and we are confident that the current economic crisis has created interest in many who had previously been closed to such an idea. We've now added it to our "Fliers" section so you can print them out and spread the word!
With your help, we will get this bill through the Financial Services Committee, the House and Senate, and to the president's desk. And we will be there to hold the politicians accountable for how they vote.
It's long past time for the Fed's books to be opened. We can make it happen, and we can do it this year.
