Earlier today, I asked Senator Jeff Merkley at a town hall meeting if he supported an audit of the FED. He said that he supported the principle. He is a member of the banking committee and his signing onto the bill would be a great step toward an open debate of the bill. Call his offices and make sure he co-sponsors S604.
