Welcome to Benton County!
Benton County is made up of 23 voting precincts, also called wards; comprises part of the 4th and 5th U.S. Congressional Districts; and includes the cities of Adair Village, Corvallis, Monroe, (North) Albany, and Philomath. With a population of nearly 80,000, Benton County represents approximately 2% of Oregon's population.
For the 2008 Presidential Election, Benton County favored Obama with 63% of the vote over McCain's 32% and other candidates' 3%.
