Do you want Oklahoma tax dollars spent to send the following information to President Obama and his Department of Homeland Security?

• Your picture (capable to be spotted and recognized by any government surveillance cameras) as well as your name and address?
• Your thumbprint?
• How about any personal information you are forced to include in your professional licensing?
• A list of all Oklahoma hunters?

This is what happened in Arizona when they passed their Anti-Illegal Immigration Act. 

Is this what Mary Fallin is supporting when she says "she supports the Arizona law?"

We need to get Mary Fallin to clarify this position right now!

P.S. Just because we want the government to stop illegal immigration, doesn't mean we want US citizens to lose their liberty.  Let's make sure Mary Fallin understands this.

Whereas:  Oklahoma gubernatorial candidate Mary Fallin has stated in her campaign commercials that she supports the Arizona Anti-Illegal Immigration Law, and

Whereas:  The Arizona Law contains provisions (Arizona Bill SB1070 Subsection E) that allow state agencies to freely give state information to the Federal government of law abiding citizens without consequence, and

Whereas:  The 4th Amendment of the US Constitution says "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized," and 

Whereas:  Oklahoma drivers' licenses contain personal information including digital photographs, thumb print as well as name and address and this information should not be given to third parties (government or non-government without our consent), and

Whereas:  Private information given to one branch of government should not be shared with another without our consent.

Therefore be it resolved: That I request that Mary Fallin publicly oppose any efforts to give, sell or trade the personal information of law abiding citizens to the federal government or private contractors in order to implement an Arizona Anti-Illegal Immigration law, or for any other reason.
