The 2nd Amendment is Under Attack


The 2nd Amendment is under attack right here in Georgia. Will you stand with the Georgia Campaign for Liberty to defend it?

The "conservative" majority in the Georgia General Assembly is happy to give themselves special gun carry privileges while forcing law-abiding citizens like yourself to be finger-printed and cataloged like a common criminal just to exercise your Right to Self Defense.

Why does left-leaning Vermont, with its Socialist Senator and Mayors, have Constitutional Carry while Georgia does not?

It is time to fight back against the dirty tricks and lies of politicians under the Gold Dome in Atlanta. The Georgia Campaign for Liberty stands ready to lead that fight, but we need your help.

WHEREAS: The Right of the People to defend themselves from unprovoked violence is a Natural and Inalienable Right; and

WHEREAS: This Inalienable Right is protected by the 2nd Amendment to the Constitution of the United States as well as Article I, Section I, Paragraph VIII of the Constitution of the State of Georgia; and

WHEREAS: The State of Georgia enjoys no Power not justly given to it by the People through the Constitution;

THEREFORE: I demand that the Georgia General Assembly and the Governor immediately enact Constitutional Carry in Georgia. I demand that they:

  • Repeal and forbid all powers to prohibit the sale of firearms and ammunition during times of crisis;
  • Repeal and forbid all weapons sale tracking schemes;
  • Repeal and forbid all state restrictions on carrying weapons on government and/or private property; and
  • Repeal and forbid all mandory weapons licensing schemes while preserving reciprocity with other states.
