We could potentially use this information against any Senator or Representative that refuses to help bring the FULL AND ORIGINAL Audit the Fed bill to the floor for an independent up or down vote on its merits.  "You mean you don't want a full audit of the Fed in spite of the prospect that they may have swapped the nation's gold for TUNGSTEN?"

Nov 12.09 commentary..extremely important...more information on the tungsten "gold bars"

 Good evening to you all: First of all before going into todays gold and silver trading, Rob Kirby has sent to us more findings on the tungsten "gold" barcaper.   

Kirby's newest commentary is simply earth-shattering. 

Here is a summary of his findings.  The complete article follows my comments. 

1. As I reported to you a few weeks ago, there were reports of 400 0z bars of gold found in the Bank of England filled with tungsten.  It was reported to you that tungsten has the same specific gravity of gold, so it is easy to manufacture a fake brick.  Only an electrical test could determine which bar is real. 

2.  Kirby also identified that the GLD list in London had the bar list go from 1381 pages to under 200 and then back to 800 pages, even though the gold inventory of GLD  was increasing from 1080 tonnes to gold to its present value of 1118 tonnes. 

3.  During the week of Oct 1.09, there were irregular physical gold settlements and the Bank of England had to intervene on behalf of JPMorgan and Deutsche Bank  as these two banks did not have the physical gold backing its delivery. 

4.  China is known as the knock off capital of the world.  Everyone thought that they were the manufacturers of these tungsten bricks. The Chinese were the ultimate buyers of these tungsten bricks and they decided that they needed to get to the bottom of this fiasco.  In their interrogation process they found the perpetrators and put them behind bars and in the process discovered that it was the usa who orchestrated the manufacture of these fake bars  

5.   The usa manufactured anywhere btw. 1.3 to 1.5 million bars of  400 0z weight or roughly 16,000 metric tonnes.  The usa holds 8,000 meteric tonnes of gold and the world roughly 30,000 metric tonnes. 

6.    Approximately  640,000 of these tungsten bricks of 400 oz weight were shipped to Fort Knox.  The weight in oz is 256 million oz which is roughly the 8,000 tonnes of gold that Fort Knox supposedly holds. 

7.    The remaining 8,000 metric tonnes were shipped to international centres and sold on the international market.  Many of thse bars ended up at the GLD. 

8.    Kirby has documents which show that his folks have copies of original shipping documents with dates and EXACT WEIGHTS OF THE TUNGSTEN BARS SHIPPED TO FORT KNOX. 

9.     This may help explain why Rothschild's left in 2004 as they probably knew that many of the bricks at the B of E were fake. 

10.   It may help explain why no news came out on the raid at the Nymex in Feb 2004 where the District Attorney was investigating Stuart Smith, VP of operations at the Nymex. We has issued a search warrant and he abruptly left and to this day has not been heard from. 

The above will help explain why I cannot balance supply and demand of gold.  We know that demand is somewhere around 4500 tonnes of gold and supply around 2400 tonnes and thus the deficit was funded with supplies from central banks.  The above ground gold supplied by the central banks came through the leasing process.

The leasing of gold started in 1988 and with a deficit of 2000 tonnes per annum, the world should have run out of gold a few years ago.  It did not.

Now we know why!!!!!!

Everything now makes sense and the balance of "gold" supplied into the market was in reality tungsten bricks.

It's interesting but extremely fishy, I'm still skeptical and would need something more beyond ambigous blog posts. Isn't there a chain-of-custody for the bars, it should be easy to trace them back to whereever they came from.

The undeniable proof would come out in hr1207 but then again our government lies so much even if we did an audit the would just deny it. our government is a pathological liar. when the government says one thing... i do the exact opposite. I has worked well for a while now and i will continue on that path until its fixed and even then i will be very vigilant. I also found a main stream news story a while back and cant find it right htis second but it stated that there is a huge problem with gold bar loading and the USA blamed china... heh, conveniently.

Here's some info on flu and cold prevention and treatment that I put together about a month ago:

• 1. Attached "Swine Flu and You" message (below) from my doctor about methods of flu prevention.
• 2. Vitamin D for flu prevention and cold prevention (describes a 19,000 person study). Vitamin D deficiency link found among H1N1 deaths.
• 3. This particular zinc lozenge formula is clinically proven to reduce duration and severity of colds significantly, and is the only patented cure for the common cold. I've personally had good results with this.
• 4. Suggestions from a neurosurgeon on how to alleviate autoimmune reactions to vaccines (scroll down nearly halfway). More suggestions on flu prevention at his website (click swine flu link at top, scroll to bottom of page)

I'm not anti-vaccine, but I do resist anything that has been rushed to the market without years of unbiased testing. Swine flu vaccine scares me because it falls into this category. There are reports of deaths and severe neurological disease as a result of the vaccine. One report stated there have been more deaths in France from the vaccine than there have been from the flu.

What can you do instead of vaccination?

• Frequent hand washing.
• Plenty of rest.
• Vitamins C and D, and zinc.

We've got to take action to head this thing off now.  Perhaps the best opportunity to stop this will be in pushing the Senate to reject the treaty.  Read the following to get some ideas as to possible opportunities and issues in trying to block the treaty in the Senate:

Executive agreements have an acknowledged but limited place in our foreign affairs. Congressional-executive agreements are far more troubling. They have evoked scathing attacks by constitutional experts and have been strongly resisted in the Senate, at least so far."

But international agreements that go beyond the rules of international trade and finance - that involve significant national-security commitments, or that purport to delegate lawmaking and enforcement functions to international organizations, or that could fundamentally alter the American constitutional system of individual rights - should receive the intense scrutiny of the treaty process, regardless of their policy merits."

STRATEGIC PLAN TO STOP THE CLIMATE TREATY - Considering all of the above, some elements of a strategy begin to come into focus:

1.       Immediate development of a petition campaign and a media campaign to ramp up to the Copenhagen conference.  Campaign for Liberty should lead the effort and build a large coalition of many organizations.

2.       Mass deliveries of petitions, phone calls, faxes to the Senate, to Obama, and to national and local media.

3.       Regular screenings of the movie "Not Evil, Just Wrong" nationwide between now and the December conference.  (C4L should encourage every member to do a showing in their neighborhood!)

4.       Mass distribution of DVD copies of "Not Evil, Just Wrong", including to the national and local media.  (C4L should make a mass distribution arrangement with the filmmakers to get them more inexpensively.)

5.       Parents demand schools show "Not Evil, Just Wrong" if they've shown Gore's movie "An Inconvenient Truth"  (lesson plans available with DVDs

7.       Introduce bills to "repeal" the un-ratified 17^th Amendment in State Legislatures, restoring Constitutionally required appointment of Senators, as discussed in the following two articles.  This effort would introduce widespread discussion of the risk of Senate approval of the Climate Treaty and other usurpations of U.S. Sovereignty and states' rights.
