To all the revolutionaries involved in the 2008 campaign.  If you have been looking for a home for the old signs and bumber stickers, the buttons and photos or news paper articles.  We have a chance to record what the media would not.

The Henry Ford Museum in Dearborn Michigan has materials from every presidential campaign dating back to George Washington.  They have requested materials from our grassroots campaign, and after speaking with the curator, she has agreed to accept memorabilia unique to Ron Paul 2008.  This includes the famous Tyvek highway signs, the R[3vol]ution material, articles and photos about The Blimp, The R[3vol]ution March, The Rally for the Republic, Our single largest campaign fundraising day in U.S. history as well as material from the Campaign for Liberty.  I mentioned to her that our organization is a direct result of the 2008 campaign and so she has agreed to accept material from C4L as well.

Articles about the media blackout, the Nevada electoral votes and what that group achieved, The "End The Fed" material, Ron Paul's The Revolution: a manifesto.  Dr. Paul has mention on numerous occations about the Ann Arbor rally following the CNBC debate as being the night he realized something big was happening, so any photos or articles about that night.  She has also agreed to accept our unique You-Tube videos if we can get them in DVD format.  Some of you have had your videos censored, now you have a home for them.  This is our chance to have our achievments recorded for future generations to see and perhaps feel just piece of the blood, sweat and tears that we put into our movement.

Contact me with what you have and we can arrange for shipping of your materials.

I have a photo I took for the campaign that was featured in the New York Times article. It's the one of my pregnant wife's belly and it's printed on Canvass. See article here:

Greetings lovers of liberty,

I am fresh back from a weekend that was filled with promise and fullfilment of many expectations.  This note is for my own reflection, thanks to those who participated and plea to those old members to reclaim you much needed role in our continuing struggle.

We arrived Friday evening, some of including myself, not sure what to expect.  As we entered to see the delegates and elected officials, I noted a few things.  First, the number of republican delegates were fewer than I had thought, and that thought was later confirmed by those with that knowledge.  Second, Our C4L members were noticable and very upbeat, so much so that the established republicans took notice.  Many of our shirt stickers were being worn and our vender table was the talk of the event.  To think that the center peice was just the constitution, imagine that.  We gave literature and stickers while talking and informing.  Later, the caucusing began and while my district went extremely smooth, I had a chance to stop into to others that went well into the night.  I was fortunate to have been elected to the state committee.  Other district leaders were not expecting uncontested slates to not be pushed though, for our new leaders of C4L were there with the knowledge of procedure and swiflty acted.  From the one district I visited, our members took three seats that would have gone to the chosen ones of the republican establishment.

After a short night of rest, we were back at it, this time it was onto the general assembly.  Many more were introduced to our values and principals, and after a mostly uneventfull election of our new state chair, it was off to my first state committee meeting.  The new chair gave his speech and asked for questions from the floor.  I saw this as an opportunity to speak up and I did not back down.  I rose and told the two hundred plus that were present about my experience and why I was there.  I told them that I did not come to here uninspiring speeches and talk of money and winning, rather I wanted to hear a set of core values and principals as the "rock that this party would stand on, year in and year out no matter what".  I went on to say that unless the message was there, they would continue to loose elections and with little support of an already polorized constituency.  Of course my question was side stepped.  The point is that our numbers were good, based on the ease of how we handled situations, we could have taked total control if half of the already over three thousand members in the state had participated.  All you have to do is show up.

Let this message ring out to the other states as well.

in liberty

Federal obligations exceed world GDP

As the Obama administration pushes through Congress its $800 billion deficit-spending economic stimulus plan, the American public is largely unaware that the true deficit of the federal government already is measured in trillions of dollars, and in fact its $65.5 trillion in total obligations exceeds the gross domestic product of the ENTIRE WORLD.

As I wrote this our debt and future obligations is probably $66,000,000,000,000.00 and growing.

There are 305 million Americans, ( 275 million legal )
If you divide this, the DEBT for every man, woman and child comes out to $256,809.00 and growing by the
minute            &n
bsp;      (I wonder what the monthly minimum is with interest)

To illustrate further, imagine a road paved in $1,000 dollar bills (someone figured that 250,000 worth is 4 inches thick) 1 trillion worth is 67.9 miles X $66 trillion  comes out to 4481.4 miles of roadway
you could pave a roadway from New York to Los Angeles and half way back!!! (2462 miles from NY to LA)

If you stacked $1000 dollar bills one on top of the other, it is only about 62 miles (shortest distance) from Earth to Outer space, that leaves another 4419.4 miles left over to stack $1000 dollar bills.

The latest bill, had over 1100 pages of text, and only one day to read it before it passed.  A speed reader at college level would need roughly 12 straight hours to read that many pages....question ??????

HOW MANY IN CONGRESS ACTUALLY READ THE BILL?????

I don't have any debt, I don't approve it, in fact I told my representative to vote against it.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ilpi4mk4_fs

At one point, one of the reps actually says that we must stop "prostituting ourselves to the federal government".....and then they voted against HCR 6   ANYWAY!!!     How do you think the other more liberal states are going vote....sorry folks,  I'm really getting to that point were I just think we're screwed.

OUR SO CALLED REPRESENTATIVES SHOULD BE STRUNG UP FROM THE HIGHEST TREE

start making preparations to take care of yourselves is all I can say.

We haven't given up, though we see we have a lot of work to do. The committee voted it ITL (inexpedient to legislate). It still goes to the legislature. We need to convince the legislators that it is necessary and their duty to uphold the NH constitution. It's not dead yet.

btw, one of them misunderstood the question. He thought he was voting for HCR6.

Palin book tour launches in Grand Rapids

Mark Hornbeck / The Detroit News

Former Alaska governor and GOP vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin has chosen Michigan to kick off her book tour.

The lightning rod politico, who's often listed in the 2012 Republican presidential field, will sign copies of "Going Rogue" at the Barnes & Noble book store at 7 p.m. Nov. 18 at 3195 28th St. SE in Grand Rapids....

~~~~~~~~
The above is a snip of a Detroit News article, I think you C4L patriots on that side of the state could go with lit and inform those in line to get her book and signature that we are out here as a second to none resource if they wish to participate in effecting change.
We could also get a few people in line to ask Mrs. Palin if she would join the C4L in Alaska to support our cause and get an opinion on our alternative health care plan as well as those in line.  She has no real allegiance to any one group, so why not...she thought Ron Paul was in her words " a cool guy", so lets have some fun with this while doing a little recruiting and informing.
If someone could were a C4L shirt or hat and bring a camera to get this on video, it would be great to post on C4L
