I was a normal citizen - identified myself with the Republicans. Sided with Bush, The War, FOX and the mainstream status quo. I diluted myself with games, entertainment and media, all the while complaining about the system and never going deeper to find real truth. Then the economic crises hit and though I kept my job and prospered, I watched many around me crumble and degrade. I love my neighbors and it hurt me deeply to see their despair.

A famous man on TV told me one day to WAKE UP and to find the answers I was seeking on my own because he couldn't give them all to me. I thought he was speaking metophoriclly, but then I realized what he was saying was very literal. He literally wasn't permited to give me all the answers. Something inside my head clicked when I heard this. So I turned off the TV (for good) and I turned on my mind and went in search of real answers. From that point forward I became the controller of my own destiny - And out of the nothing came one door which opened ten and the ten opened a thousand more  - until the world made sense and as they say " I woke up".

The process of waking up is mentally excruciating - you literally have to de-program your mind, dump false data and upload new information. You go through all the steps of withdraw - denial, anger, hopelessness and so on until you reach acceptance and you change from within. After this period you go back to anger and you never leave. This anger is positive in nature - it is the driving force behind real change. It is the outrage that you, and your brothers, and your sisters have been and are slaves in the veil of freedom. It is the passion you can display to others to rally their spirits to fight for the greatest of causes. 

I never thought that it would come to this - Never thought I'd be the person I am today - fighting with millions across the world to spread the awakening - fighting by the side of my brethren at home against this tyrannical monster - a soldier in liberty.

I was in the same spot myself a year ago. It's a very rewarding learning process. It also highlights the point that there are probably a fair number of people out there (like us) who supported Bush and the wars, but would come around after learning what was going on. The only thing different is that I kept the games around. It's just my little way of escape every once in awhile.

You say "you literally have to de-program your mind, dump false data and upload new information". This is true--even if you have been aware of the plan of One World Government. I have known of this for years, and Ron Paul added to my education. I really was rather shocked at how much of the MSM propaganda I had let myself believe! For instance, "If you don't support the war----therefore you don't support our troops." I SUPPORT our Troops, and want them to COME HOME!

10 years ago I was a total Neocon and now I can't stand their views. I can't believe I ever thought the way that I did. Looking back I'm actually ashamed of what my views once were. I'm just glad that every day more and more people seem to be warming up to the idea of liberty. Like Dr. Paul says, "freedom is popular". I'll continue to educate myself and those around me about the ideas of liberty, sound money, and the Constitution until this revolution is won.
