Last weekend's Iowa Regional Conference was a tremendously successful event that brought together liberty activists for a Forum on the Future of Conservatism.

"The Iowa Republican" wrote an exciting news feature about Campaign For Liberty's Iowa Regional Conference.  It notes that nearly 800 people showed up at the Freedom Celebration Friday night and described some impressive feats for such a new organization.
They reported:

"The event was full of the energy that we have come to expect from a Ron Paul gathering.  What's interesting about these events is that the excitement comes from the crowd, not necessarily from the person behind the podium."

I think you'll feel motivated after reading the rest of the article from The Iowa Republican at this link.

Also, the Saturday Des Moines Register featured this story about Congressman Paul's Iowa vist.  Check it out!

It was a fantastic weekend and a great chance for Iowans to hear from so many scholars of freedom such as Ron Paul, Tom Woods, Bob Murphy, Doug Bandow, Bruce Fein, and more!  The feedback we've received on the conference has been outstanding and people are feeling energized and inspired to rise up, engage in the process, and tilt the political landscape toward liberty.  Thanks to everyone who helped organize the conference and to all the people who came to Des Moines to be a part of it!
