Corpus Christi, TX		Dr. Mercola's introduction highlighted the influence that the pharmaceutical industry has with our legislators. As he pointed out, it is the strongest lobby in Washington. Doctors are restricted by governing agencies that do not allow free choice for the patient or the doctor. There are many preventive, alternative and holistic therapies which are proven effective and affordable, that are not available to Doctors or their patients.

I personally do not like the way Allopathic medicine has developed. All of the procedures and therapies are written by pharmaceutical organizations or its affiliates, which is a major conflict.

Every practitioner of the healing art who does not ally himself with the medical trust (AMA)is denounced as a dangerous quack and impostor by the predatory trust doctors. Every sanitarian who attempts to restore the sick to a state of health by natural means without resort to the knife or poisonous drugs, disease imparting serums, deadly toxins or vaccines, is at once pounced upon by these medical tyrants and fanatics, bitterly denounced, vilified and persecuted to the fullest extent.

If we do not allow competing medicines and repeal the control the drug cartel has over our Doctors,there will not be a way to reduce the costs or improve the quality of health care.

Please review the attached link to the CIVIS Foundation Report 15 out of Lugano, Switzerland. It documents the history of the drug cartel and its influence on the current legislation. You will understand why the negotiations with the pharmaceutical industry and the legislators was behind closed doors.
