Pat Boone, singer and conservative star, writes:

And so, as a lifelong staunch conservative and active supporter of our brave military, I call loudly: BRING OUR TROOPS HOME – AND NOW!

You can't fight or change an ideology with guns or bombs; in some ways, you fuel and inspire it.

Pax Christi USA just finished a three day Congress call in campaign to end the middle eastern wars and bring the troops home.

I suspect a lot of people were scared into tacitly supporting more war by a recent psyop email by an alledged expert on the middle east and its peoples. It was the typical veil of lies promoting the myth of the super-terrorist.

Yet we are the one that offered ultimatums that could not be met, invaded their country and accidetntly killed the inhabitants by the tens of thoussands. Now we occupy their country and support questionable or corrupt regimes. We have no moral claims to do what we are doing.

If you want peace, work for justice.

Thank you, Pat Boone. I know many Conservatives who want more troops sent to Afghanistan, and Pat Boone is among their Christian icons, so I will forward this to them.

Thank you Pat Boone! We have a long road to travel in helping people see the light about this waste of a bloody war. It is a shame that big Country Music stars like Brad Paisley and Toby Keith are huge self-righteous neocons jerks who get paid mega dollars to sing in support of the war. Trust me when I say that their type of thinking (or lack thereof) is what fuels the war because they are easily brain-washed into thinking that we serve a just cause in the Middle East. The self-righteous neocon Country Music stars like Paisley and Keith sell their soul to line up their own good old boys from rural and small town America for the butcher neocon chicken hawks to knock them down for corrective policies in the Middle East. Let’s not forget about the Native American Indians who were once at the receiving end of the self-righteous, propaganda producing (early neocon-like) government that misled many of our European ancestors into thinking that pushing the Native people from their lands was the right thing to do. One can easily understand that not everyone from every culture wants peace, but many of us do, and many of us want to take care of our own country first. What happened to Country Music Stars like Marty Stuart who recorded an album called the “Badlands” where he talked about the abuses of the federal government against the Lakota people? If anyone in Nashville is listening, we need American patriots in Country Music like never before to sing ballads once again about freedom loving American patriots and promote Liberty and the principles of the Constitution for the USA. Marty Stuart are you and the Lakota people ready to fight and sing for Liberty?

Pat Boone Says To Bring The Troops Home!

Pat Boone is a well-respected voice and this position of his should help lift peacefulness to new heights among people who should be peaceful but who have been victimized by the propaganda of the unConstitutional coup.

A slight modification of Pat Boone's final statement: "let them do what they signed up to do and what you swore to do" - to uphold and defend the Constitution. That shifts attention away from the nationalistic propaganda and instead directs it towards restoring our Constitutional Republic.

We were attacked by Al Qaeda. By the Talibans own admission they could not have handed over the Al Qaeda network even if they had wanted to do so. It was Al Qaeda that did the assassinations that Taliban could not during their civil war, that indicates the difference in abilities between the two. Unfortunately the Taliban are learning fast. We trained and armed Al Qaeda during the Soviet occupation, and now, albeit indirectly, we are doing the same thing with Taliban during our occupation. I guess we should thank our lucky stars that Russia hasn't sought some payback by arming the Taliban with sophisticated technology.

A question: Why is it there can be a Saddam Hussein chanel in Iraq, but we can't have a Ron Paul chanel in the U.S.? Do you have to be a controversial dictator?

Oh yeah, and the Pentagon admits there is not really much of an Al Qaeda presence in Afghanistan anymore. We would have to invade: Pakistan, India, Mauritania, Algiers, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Syria,.... just about everywhere except the two countries we are occupying. WHACK-A-MOLE

The strategic objective of the Islamo-fascists is to infiltrate the nations of the west and all of their institutions as they proceed to the establishment of an international caliphate.

The highest form of generalship according to Sun Tzu is to defeat the enemies strategic objective...next is to prevent his junction of forces in the field, then to attack his forces in the field, and the worst policy of all is to besiege a walled city.

Here is my question. Why should we fight Islamo-fascists anywhere when it is demonstrably the case that no administration believes in securing the borders?

Secondly, why should we fight anyone financed by our own domestic policies?

Securing the borders and changing domestic policies to the extent that the Islamo-fascists would be defunded would largely prevent their junction of forces in the field.

These preliminary steps are crucial. Sun Tzu says, "thus it is in war that the victorious strategist does not fight until the victory has already been won, whereas he who is destined to defeat first fights and then looks for victory."

Finally, Obama has openly admitted that he is uncomfortable with the idea of victory and really does not believe in victory. As nearly as I can tell, it looks as though Obama believes that the United States should lose in all of these engagements.

Under these circumstances, it is immoral to commit the members of the Armed Forces to combat. They should all be withdrawn in an orderly fashion beginning immediately.
