North Chelmsford, MA | You know what, I voted for none of the above but then I saw that it said Joe Kennedy was an independant libertarian. So, I googled that. That guy is perfect. Scott Brown's website gives the impression that he's just another neocon who knows little of the economy. That guy doesn't mention the bailouts, the Federal Reserve, and only the stimulus Obama had passed. He talks about protecting America's "interests" and this can only lead me to believe he's merely another interventionist Republican who would blow money overseas.
The only thing I disagree with Kennedy about is his claim that he is an Envrionmentalist and supports green initiatives - although he doesn't want to use statism to enforce it. The fact that he takes the liberty route on his beliefs causes me to overlook my disagreement, because in the end we will essentially agree on legislation regarding Environmentalism. Sure, the guy is a longshot, but so was Ron Paul. We have to go where the liberty is - besides, I really can't get enthusiastic about supporting any other candidate. Joe is the kind of guy I'd campaign for. |
