As mentioned in C4L President John Tate's recent post, we will be having a Mass Action Day next Tuesday, September 15.  Thousands of C4L members across the country have been working hard since August to gather petitions urging their senators to cosponsor S 604.  On September 15, state and local C4L groups will personally deliver those petitions to their senators' local offices while we deliver over 100,000 to Capitol Hill.

During this week leading up to the Mass Action Day, we want to keep senators' phones ringing off the hook as yet another sign that we are serious about transparency and accountability at the Fed.  If you have not yet done so, please sign up here and commit to calling your senators once a day.  If enough of us do it, it will have a great effect, which will be punctuated by our presence at their offices next week.
