Raising Taxes Is Exactly The Same As Raising Taxes.
Seriously, are you asking a politician to lie? Do you want to know if taxes will be raised for people making less than $250,000 per year?
Of course the lying politician will say "no" just like the lying politician said that taxes would not be raised for persons making $250,000 or more per year.
Will the wars end?
Will the influence of the neoconservatives be removed from the White House?
Will the military industrial complex and the medical industrial complex no longer determine policy?
Will the big banks and Wall Street no longer be the beneficiary of the under the table deals of the Federal Reserve?
Will torturing be stopped and civil liberties raised to a high priority?
These questions can all be answered in the affirmative but what else can you expect to hear from a lying politician.
In contrast, a statesman would have deeds to match words. Ron Paul is a statesman.
Heart-wrenching video. Whenever I hear "taxes" I hear "slavery". And who pays the most? The poor. And what I mean by "poor", I mean those who actually WORK for what little they get to survive and to remain free.
WoW, another blow to our country's productive potential. The goverment needs to realize that its the working American citizens thats going to get us out of this mess, not wrong goverment solutions. So if you tax us leaving us less capital to produce. How do you expect the country to survive this economic meltdown. Raiseing taxes or devaluing our dollar which is worse... i don't know. There is hope through C4L and like minded individuals.
From what I can tell Mr Obama has lied to the American people on almost every issue he wanted passed, in order to get it passed, and fool the American people and divert them from the real facts and truth. Is this the kind of President we really want or need?
