4th Fest

[Newer: SuperBama] [Older: 10th amendment]

We're going full speed ahead with our plans for the 4th. For those not on the regular meet up list and who cannot not come on Saturdays, I thought I'd let you know what's happening.
We're planning a booth at the fourth fest in Bayfront. Originally, it was to be a rally, but there was a very successful one on the 15th of April and many people will be out of town on the 4th, so we decided to do an informational booth instead.
I've got pocket Constitutions, Jim is burning dvds (will probably take a week to do), I am making a sign for the table and printing some hand outs. I'm also making some posters to hang up in stores, etc, to let people know we'll be there on the 4th.
If any one can help at the table (who hasn't already volunteered) or who can help put up signs around town, please let me know. Help is always appreciated.
Also, donations would be appreciated. I've put over $300 into this so far (booth fee and Constitutions, not counting sign, posters and handouts yet) and I know Jim has a tidy sum involved in dvds. I have gotten $70 in donations, which helps a lot. Thanks!
If you have no money to spare, no worries; we would be grateful for your time at the booth or to hang up signs and to let your friends and family know about it.
We talked about giving the Constitutions out, but maybe we could sell them? Then we wouldn't need so much in donations? (I wish I would have thought of that sooner and we could have talked about it. Well, we do have one more Saturday to discuss it.)
If you have any ideas or other feedback, even if you cannot attend, please let me know.
Thank you!
Celia
