Campaign for Liberty Memorial Day Picnic & Cookout
Members of the Pennsylvania Campaign for Liberty want YOU!! Please join us on Memorial Day, May 25th from 4:00 - 9:00 at the Warwick County Park in Central/Southeastern PA. In addition to honoring those patriots who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our country, this will be a celebration of freedom, and all of our effort over the last year. Our guest of honor will be the Liberty Rider, Michael Maresco, who is left the Statue of Liberty this morning, beginning his second historic cross country bicycle ride. This park is along Michael's bike route, and will be a welcome stop at the end of day two of his sixty three day journey. For GPS purposes, the park is located at 191 County Park Road, Knauertown, PA (possibly Pottstown in your GPS). If you have looked at the "Ride for Honesty" map, it is around the 56-58 mile marker in Pennsylvania. We will be at Pavilion #2.
Come on out, bring the family, every C4L member that you know, anyone who loves liberty, and anyone who loves a good old fashion Memorial Day Cookout! There are charcoal grills on-site. My wife and I will bring burgers, dogs, a little hot sausage, and buns (And make sure the guest of honor finds us). Bring enough to feed your crew and share a little. It is technically a "dry" park, so use discretion. We are all adults and responsible for our own behavior. Please RSVP on the event calendar, so we can have a rough estimate for the total head count.
