Lawsuit Filed Against Janet Napolitano for DHS Report
ANN ARBOR, MI - The Thomas More Law Center, a national public interest law firm based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, announced that on Thursday, April 16th, it filed a federal lawsuit against Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano. The lawsuit claims that her Department's "Rightwing Extremism Policy," as reflected in the recently publicized Intelligence Assessment, "Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment," violates the civil liberties of combat veterans as well as American citizens by targeting them for disfavored treatment on account of their political beliefs.

Lexington, KY | I wonder if this will get much media attention. The media MAKES the news. If they don't cover this, and they probably won't, it didn't happen for all practical purposes. That's not to say that it wasn't vitally important for this lawsuit to be filed and I have nothing but thanks and appreciation for those who took up this cause of liberty.
It just seems that there are so many necessary causes of liberty lately. Every day there are two or three new attacks on our liberty that must be opposed with vigor, but we are so few and they are so many. It's a bit overwhelming sometimes. Then I remember... "The more you tighten your grip, the more star systems will slip through your fingers." The Empire is making enemies of patriots at a record rate. People are waking up in this country, and they're not happy! Our numbers are growing every day.
Prediction: This is going to be ugly, but we will emerge in liberty again when the dust settles.
