I just received a phone call from a representative from my congressman, Robert Aderholt's office.  He was calling to let me know that Mr. Aderholt is planning on co-sponsoring H.R. 1207, the Audit the Fed Bill.  This is GREAT news and very encouraging to me as I was starting to wonder if my numerous calls and messages over the past few weeks were having any effect at all.  DON'T GIVE UP!  Keep the pressure on those who have not yet co-sponsored, and keep encouraging those who have!

My Senator (Rogers) voted FOR the bailout, not once but twice. I just got through letting him know how that makes me feel. I told him "YOU are PART of the PROBLEM." Repent and though shalt be saved, and explained to him that no MAN can serve TWO MASTERS.

Mike Rogers has signed on to Co-sponsor HR 1207. I received a letter from him just yesterday stating that although he is not on that committee, he has decided to sign on to co-sponsor HR 1207. I am glad he did so. He will get a thank you from me on that, but he has a long way to go as far as I'm concerned.
